Feature Updates:

1. New performance charts for additional insights!

We know how important data insights are to keep your students on track, so we have added some additional charts on the Dashboard page to help you understand your students' performance in more detail.

These charts are:

  • LLLL Reading Benchmarks by Year Level
  • LLLL Spelling Benchmarks by Year Level
  • Reading by Stage Mastery
  • Spelling by Stage Mastery

You can filter this data by choosing specific classes or assessment periods.

2. Track student progress over time!

We are excited to announce that you can now view student progress charts in your LLLL Online Assessments portal. These charts show which stages each student has mastered in every assessment period, making it easier to monitor growth across skill levels.

Simply log in, go to the Student Results tab, and select “Student Progress” from the Results type dropdown.

3. Add historical data for students

You can now add historical student data using the “Quick Record” feature, helping you keep all progress information in one place for more accurate insights.

To access the Quick Record function, simply go to the Assessments section of the platform, click Add assessment record, and "Select Quick" record.

Record the stage of mastery each student achieved in previous assessment periods for every skill level. Watch the video below for a step-by-step guide.
