Each set of Character Cards are stored in a convenient sliding matchbox and can be used in many ways to support reading development alongside the Little Learners decodable books Stages 1-7.
- Use the Character Cards in your small group reading sessions to introduce the characters before reading, and for incidental decoding practice.
- After reading use the Character Cards to retell the story for comprehension and oral language development. Or use them for a lucky dip writing activity!
